INFO Live Bracelet: a computer on the wrist

Recently, the competition NextGen PC Design Competition, held under the strict guidance of Microsoft, was a model of the PC INFO Live Bracelet, which, quite frankly, is rather a smart phone, worn on the hand than the fact that we used to call a computer.

The above specification, of course, rather vague, but perhaps they can make the difference, if the whole device looks so unusual and attractive?.
